In January 2024, HSC LED completed a custom LED spherical screen project for a customer in the United States. The display was designed for an indoor pharmaceutical trade show booth, where the client wanted a more distinctive visual solution to improve booth visibility and attract visitors in a crowded exhibition environment.
HSC LED supplied a 2-meter P2.5 LED spherical screen with a hanging installation structure customized to match the booth layout and on-site installation requirements.
The client previously used conventional flat LED displays at exhibitions but wanted a more creative LED display format for this event. Their main requirements included:
A display that could attract attention from different directions
Clear image quality for close viewing distances
Easy installation and transportation for temporary exhibition use
Stable operation during the entire event
Because the booth was located inside a busy exhibition hall, visibility and audience engagement were key considerations for the project.
Based on the customer’s requirements, HSC LED recommended a 2m P2.5 LED spherical screen solution.
Compared with traditional flat LED displays, the spherical design provided a 360° viewing angle, allowing visitors to see the content from multiple positions around the booth. The screen was mainly used to display the client’s logo, promotional videos, and brand visuals during the exhibition.
The P2.5 pixel pitch ensured clear and detailed image performance suitable for indoor trade show applications where audiences view the screen from a short distance.
