Because of their differences, with the attitude of providing better service, our company has collected seven major differences between LED transparent screens and LED glass displays, and shared them with you.
The LED glass screen is similar to a high-end custom photoelectric glass that uses transparent conductive technology to glue the LED (light-emitting diode) structure layer between two layers of glass. According to the application requirements, the LED can be designed in various arrangements such as stars, matrix, characters, patterns, patterns, etc. specialty. But the LED glass display depends on the glass, which is pasted on the surface of the glass or sandwiched in the middle of the glass through a process. The transparent LED display has a special design, and it can be used without sticking to the glass surface.
LED transparent screens can be applied to most of the glass curtain walls of buildings, and can be designed to match any part-time job.
The LED glass screen needs to intervene in the design and reserve the electric control slot before the building design, and the architectural glass is installed on the glass skeleton. It cannot be installed on existing glass curtain wall buildings.
The LED transparent display takes up little space and is light in weight. The thickness of the main board is only 10mm, and the general weight of the display body is 12kg/㎡. It is directly fixed on the glass curtain wall without changing the building structure.
LED glass display screens need to design luminescent glass when designing buildings, and the weight of the glass itself exceeds 30kg/㎡.
The LED transparent screen has a permeability of 50%-90%, which ensures the original lighting and perspective function of the glass wall.
The LED glass screen has a permeability of 70%-95%, which ensures the original lighting and perspective function of the glass wall.
There is no need for auxiliary cooling equipment, which can save energy by more than 30%-50% than ordinary LED displays.
The transparent LED display can be hung by curtains, pasted and hung, and can be installed and maintained on a single strip.
However, the LED glass screen can only be installed as a special building glass during the construction of the glass curtain wall, and its maintainability is low.
LED transparent screen maintenance is convenient and quick, saving manpower and material resources.
The LED glass display is almost impossible to maintain, and the building structure needs to be removed and the entire glass screen needs to be replaced.
